Living in New York, you can sometimes take the major NYC classics for granted. Never venturing to Ellis Island, eating a pastrami sandwich from Katz’ Deli, or anything that seems too movie scripted. But tonight, team admission is checking off Carnegie Hall from that list and, perhaps, you can too.
The orchestra at Mannes, the musical conservatory division of The New School, is performing a comprehensive symphonic repertoire tonight at 8:00pm in Carnegie Hall’s Stern Auditorium. David Hayes, director of Orchestral and Conducting Studies at Mannes, will be conducting. Tickets to this performance are free and open to the public. You can pick up tickets at the Carnegie Hall Box Office at 57th Street and Seventh Avenue for as long as they’re available.
